Cancellations received after the payment was done and hotel confirmations will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of full hotel cost as administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable.
Cancellations received from booking until up to 45 days prior to check in will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of full cost.
Cancellations received between 30 days prior to tour check in will incur a cancellation fee of 45% of full cost.
Cancellations received between 29 & 16 days prior to tour check in will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of full cost.
Cancellations received within 14 days prior to tour arrival will incur a full cost of reservations as cancellation fee.
Please also note that failure to arrive will incur a full cost of reservations and refunds will not be given for any day after the date of arrival has passed. The credit card charges (transaction fee) if applicable will be deducted in all the refunds.
